Quarry-Direct · Middle East Natural Stone
$2.30
Bianco Seta is a natural white limestone — dense, tight and fine in the grain, quarry-direct from the Middle East and hand-selected for exterior service. The name means silk white, and the stone earns it two ways you can see.
The first is the veining. Delicate hairline threads of soft grey-taupe and cream run through the face like threads through cloth — thin, non-repeating, never the same twice. The second is the mottling: gentle drifts of ivory and pale beige moving across the stone the way watermarks move through silk. Underneath both sits a pinpoint detail of fossil and pore, with warm micro-flecks scattered through it that read as genuine sedimentary texture in the hand.
That gives the stone a quality worth planning around: it is quiet across a courtyard and alive underfoot. At distance it settles into a calm, even field. Up close it has something to look at.
The colour is warm ivory-white through to near-white. Luminous in full sun, and soft rather than clinical — deliberately not paper-white. The silk runs from raw ivory to pale pearl, and that range is quarried character rather than inconsistency. Dry-lay from several crates and blend before you fix anything down.
This is the exterior white. It is at its best on the ground plane: pool coping and pool surrounds, driveways, patios, walkways and pedestrian areas, and commercial and public-realm spaces.
Two practical reasons behind that. Pale stone stays markedly cooler underfoot in summer sun than dark paving — which is the whole argument around a pool deck where people walk barefoot — and it brightens a shaded courtyard rather than closing it in.
Profiled pieces are cut from the same stone as the field paving, so coping, steps and treads match exactly. One stone, whole project. Heavier thicknesses are cut to order for driveways and trafficked public spaces, with clean sawn edges for tight modern joints and large-format public-realm work. Any dimension is cut to order.
Finishes. Bianco Seta is supplied brushed in a range of grits, honed, polished, tumbled and antique. Tell us the application and we will tell you which finishes we would put in front of you for it.
Care. Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and keep acids off it. Use a breathable impregnating sealer and reseal periodically outdoors. The warm flecks are mineral-bearing, so the usual rule applies in permanently wet spots: free-draining bedding plus a maintained sealer keeps them a colour rather than a stain.
Where it sits in the range. Bianco Seta is the exterior white — the ground plane, built for coping, drives, patios and public spaces. For interior work, Bianco Velo is the palest of our whites, a serene and refined tile.
Bianco Seta is among the finest white limestone we quarry. Order the free sample before you order anything else — the silk is the surface, not the slogan.

Every finish. Every size. Every thickness.
Brushed is our signature finish — available in any grit from a coarse 16 for maximum grip to a fine 120 for a soft, velvety sheen. We also cut sawn, honed, tumbled, split-face, and bush-hammered, in any dimension and thickness your project calls for. Tell us your specification and we cut to it.
Ships by pallet or container to any US state · Lead time quoted per order
Suitability varies with size, thickness, finish, and substrate. Tell us your application when you request a quote and we will confirm the right specification for it.
Bedding: full-bed sand and cement mix or a flexible adhesive appropriate to the substrate.
Joints: from 3 mm for sawn tiles; wider for split-face setts and cobbles.
Sealing: a quality impregnating sealer is recommended for limestone and shellstone; basalt and granite typically need none.
Cutting: wet saw with a diamond blade.
Installation requirements differ by stone and format — a product-specific method note is included with every quote, and our team is available for your installer’s technical questions.
Pricing improves materially with quantity: pallet rates beat per-piece pricing, and full-container rates beat both. Every quote is calculated quarry-direct, with no distributor margin in between.
Distributors, stone yards, and retailers: our Trade & Wholesale Program covers container-load pricing, recurring supply schedules, and private-label production.
Orders ship by pallet or full container to any US state, with kerbside delivery to the nearest safe access point. Lead times depend on stone, finish, and quantity, and are confirmed with your quote. Samples reach any US address within five working days.
Every crate is inspected and photographed before dispatch — if anything is wrong on arrival, contact us and we will make it right.
Bianco Seta is a natural white limestone: dense, tight and fine in the grain, quarry-direct from the Middle East and hand-selected for exterior service. The name means silk white, and the stone earns it in two ways you can see on any piece.
The first is the veining. Delicate hairline threads of soft grey-taupe and cream run through the face like threads through cloth — thin, non-repeating, never the same twice across two pieces.
The second is the mottling. Gentle drifts of ivory and pale beige move across the stone the way watermarks move through silk, soft-edged and unhurried.
Underneath both sits a pinpoint detail of fossil and pore, with warm micro-flecks scattered through it. In the hand that reads as genuine sedimentary texture — the record of how the stone was made.
The result is a stone with two distances. Across a courtyard it settles into a calm, even field. Underfoot it is alive and worth looking at. Plan for both.
Warm ivory-white through to near-white. Luminous in full sun, and soft rather than clinical — deliberately not paper-white.
The silk runs from raw ivory to pale pearl, and that spread is quarried character rather than inconsistency. Dry-lay from several crates and blend before you fix anything down. A blended floor reads as one stone; an unblended one reads as batches.

Two practical reasons sit behind that. Pale stone stays markedly cooler underfoot in summer sun than dark paving, which is the whole argument around a pool deck where people walk barefoot. And a pale ground plane brightens a shaded courtyard rather than closing it in.
Profiled pieces are cut from the same stone as the field paving, so coping, steps, treads and bullnose match the paving exactly rather than approximately. Heavier thicknesses are cut to order for driveways and trafficked public spaces, with clean sawn edges for tight modern joints and large-format public-realm work. Any dimension is cut to order.
Bianco Seta is not tied to one finish. We supply it brushed in a range of grits, honed, polished, tumbled and antique. Tell us the application and we will tell you which finishes we would put in front of you for it, and which we would not.
Stocked formats include:
For a single large architectural format, see Bianco Seta Large Format at 36 x 24 inches. Any dimension is cut to order, and thickness is specified to the use — heavier sections for driveways and trafficked public space.
Blend from several crates as you go rather than working crate by crate. Use a free-draining bed: standing water underneath a pale stone is the thing most likely to spoil it, and it is entirely avoidable at the build stage.
Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner. Keep acids off it — that includes many general-purpose and bathroom cleaners, so check the label rather than assume.
Use a breathable impregnating sealer and reseal periodically outdoors. The warm micro-flecks are mineral-bearing, so in permanently wet, unsealed spots the usual rule applies: free-draining bedding plus a maintained sealer keeps them a colour rather than a stain.
