At Citadel Stone we are committed to honest, accurate and transparent communication. We aim to provide useful information about our products, services and typical outcomes and we do not intend to mislead visitors.

What you need to know

Some content published on our website prior to 01/10/2025 may include case studies, project descriptions, testimonials, or other materials that were created for illustrative or marketing purposes and may not reflect actual completed projects or real customer experiences. In particular, some posts were generated or substantially assisted by Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and may contain hypothetical, composite, or illustrative scenarios rather than descriptions of a named, verifiable client engagement.

Examples may include (but are not limited to):

• AI-generated or hypothetical case studies;

• Project descriptions that do not represent work actually performed by Citadel Stone;

• Timeline, scope, or outcome details that were not based on a real project.

What you should know about historic / unlabelled posts

• Historic / unlabelled content: Some older pages and posts may contain descriptions of projects, data, or contributions that are not clearly labelled as illustrative, composite, anonymised, or hypothetical. Where content is ambiguous, it does not necessarily mean the page describes a real, named client engagement.

• Why we are acting now: Some content was created using AI tools or otherwise published without full verification. We are now reviewing future content to improve accuracy and transparency.

How we will handle historic or unlabelled pages (remediation process)

We will apply the following steps to any page or post identified as potentially misleading or insufficiently labelled:

1. Review & triage — We will investigate reported pages or posts to determine whether they are: (a) a real, named client engagement with documented consent; (b) an anonymised/composite example; or (c) an illustrative/fictional example that was not labelled.

2. Acknowledgement — We will acknowledge each report within 5 business days.

3. Action timeline — We aim to relabel, correct or remove content within 15 business days of acknowledgement; if the investigation needs longer we will notify the reporter and provide an estimated completion date.

4. Relabel, correct or remove — Depending on the findings we will:

   • relabel content as “Illustrative / Fictional Example — not a real, named client engagement” or “Anonymised / Composite Example”, where appropriate;

   • correct factual errors where we can verify the correct information; or

   • remove content that cannot be substantiated.

5. Correction notice — When we change a page we will publish a brief correction note on that page indicating the date and nature of the change.
