How our quoting process works
Step 1: Submit project details via this form
Provide square footage, finish preference, site address, and upload photos or drawings. The more detail you provide, the faster we can prepare an accurate estimate.
Step 2: Citadel Stone reviews & clarifies
A technical specialist reviews your submission and contacts you (phone/email) within 48–72 business hours (typical) to confirm details, discuss finish options, and answer questions.
Step 3: Choose grade, finish & sample sign-off
We send finish samples for approval (shipped within 2–3 business days—typical) and provide technical data sheets (TDS) for your review. Approve samples before fabrication begins.
Step 4: Optional site measure or templating
For complex projects or precise fit requirements, we can arrange a site visit. Our team takes measurements, assesses access constraints, and documents substrate conditions. Site-measure fee: verify with the scheduling team.
Step 5: Receive itemized estimate and production schedule
You’ll receive a line-item quote detailing material, fabrication, delivery, installation (if requested), and projected lead times. Approve the estimate and pay the deposit to proceed with fabrication.
What we need from you — measurement & documentation checklist
To prepare an accurate custom paver estimate, please provide:
- Project address & contact information — we’ll use this to calculate freight and coordinate delivery.
- Project type (residential patio, pool deck, commercial plaza, etc.) and total area in square feet OR upload scaled plans (CAD, DWG, PDF).
- Preferred paver size & thickness — choose from standard sizes (12×12, 24×24, 36×36 inches) or request custom dimensions. If unsure, select “help me choose.”
- Finish preference — White Polished, Honed, Flamed, Textured, or “Unsure/Need Guidance.” We’ll recommend finishes based on your application and slip-resistance needs.
- Installation required? — Let us know if you need us to arrange installation, provide an installer quote, or if you’re purchasing material only.
- Site access & constraints — Note stairs, elevators, gated access, narrow driveways, or HOA delivery restrictions that affect logistics.
- Photo uploads — Show us your existing site, current surfacing, drainage conditions, and any architectural context. Acceptable formats: JPG, PNG (max 20MB each).
- Scaled drawings or plans — Upload CAD, PDF, or hand-drawn sketches showing dimensions, layout patterns, and cutout locations. Max 20MB per file.
- Budget range (optional) — Helps us tailor recommendations to your project scope.
- Permission to contact & privacy consent — Required to process your quote request and follow up with technical guidance.
How we estimate installation & project costs
Your white paver quote is influenced by several factors. Material costs depend on paver grade, finish complexity (polished vs. flamed), slab thickness, and custom fabrication (bookmatching, edge profiles, cutouts for drains or fixtures). Installation costs vary by substrate preparation requirements (demo, grading, base compaction), site access (crane, hand-carry, elevator), local labor rates, waste allowance (typically 5–10% overage), and optional treatments (sealing, anti-slip coatings).
Initial quotes are estimates based on your provided information. Final pricing requires either a site measure or confirmed architectural drawings with exact dimensions and layout details. We’ll note any assumptions in the estimate and flag items requiring field verification.
Sample & site-measure options
Order sample packs to evaluate finish, color, and slip characteristics before committing to your project. Sample packs include 6×6-inch or 12×12-inch swatches of your selected finishes and ship within 2–3 business days. Sample cost: $25.
Site-measure service provides precise field measurements, substrate assessment, and access evaluation. Our technician visits your site, takes dimensions, photographs conditions, and documents constraints. Site-measure fee: verify with scheduling team (may be credited toward order). Firm quotes requiring no further adjustment follow completed site measures or approved architectural drawings.
Quote request form
Use this form to request your patio paver quote, pool deck paver pricing, or commercial project estimate. Complete all required fields and upload photos or drawings to speed the estimating process.

What happens after you submit
Once you submit your white outdoor pavers quote request, you’ll receive an automated confirmation email within minutes. Our estimating team reviews your project details, uploaded files, and any special requests. A technical specialist will contact you within 48–72 business hours to clarify details, discuss finish options, and answer questions.
If you requested samples, we’ll ship a finish swatch pack within 2–3 business days (typical). For projects requiring a site measure, our scheduling team will reach out to arrange a convenient visit time. You’ll receive your itemized estimate via email, including material costs, delivery allowance, installation (if requested), and projected lead times.
Pricing transparency & payment terms
All quotes are estimates until verified by site measure or confirmed architectural drawings. Once you approve the estimate, Citadel Stone requires a deposit of 10% to secure fabrication and reserve production capacity. The deposit confirms your order, locks in pricing, and initiates the production schedule.
Final balance is due upon delivery for material-only orders, or per milestone schedule for projects including installation (typically 50% on delivery, 50% on completion—verify payment terms with contracts team). We accept bank transfers, checks, and major credit cards. Volume discounts and trade terms available for qualified accounts.
Privacy & data use
By submitting this form you consent to Citadel Stone storing and using your project details to prepare a quote and for follow-up communications. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your contact information is used solely for estimating, project coordination, and optional follow-up regarding samples, technical data, and installation services. White outdoor pavers — States & cities we serve in the USA
Citadel Stone supplies white outdoor pavers nationwide and can help with product selection, sample delivery and logistical planning. We provide straightforward technical advice on finishes, jointing and upkeep so architects, landscapers and homeowners can choose the best white paver for their local conditions.
Note: examples below are illustrative and are not descriptions of specific client projects.

San Diego, CA — Bright, cool surfaces for coastal sunshine
San Diego’s mild, sun-drenched climate makes reflective, low-heat surfaces desirable for terraces and pool decks. Typical San Diego projects include rooftop gardens, beachfront patios and restaurant courtyards where glare control and color stability matter. For these sites we advise white limestone tiles with low porosity and a lightly textured surface to improve underfoot comfort while resisting salt-laden air. Citadel Stone can ship sample panels, provide product performance data and advise on slip-resistant finishes and coastal installation details.
Dallas, TX — Hard-wearing pavers for hot summers and storms
Dallas experiences hot summers and sudden heavy rains, so projects often demand durable, low-maintenance paving for driveways, public walkways and commercial plazas. In Dallas we recommend white limestone pavers with high compressive strength, stain resistance and a dense surface to limit absorption during wet-weather events. Citadel Stone supplies specification guidance, sample kits and logistical support for larger deliveries, plus recommendations on jointing and sealers that ease maintenance in humid heat.
Philadelphia, PA — Urban-ready pavers for seasonal swings
Philadelphia’s seasonal range—from humid summers to winter freeze—means pavers must tolerate thermal shifts and occasional de-icing salts. Typical uses include sidewalk improvements, courtyard repaving and café terraces. For Philadelphia settings we suggest white limestone flooring that are frost-resistant, low-absorption and abrasion-tolerant to prevent spalling and staining. Citadel Stone provides technical summaries, freeze-thaw performance data, sample boards and advice on best practices for winter care and staged deliveries in denser urban zones.
San Antonio, TX — Resilient paving for mixed residential and civic spaces
San Antonio projects commonly include public plazas, gated-community courtyards and residential pool surrounds that need to balance aesthetic lightness with practical durability. For San Antonio we recommend white limestone paving tiles with strong surface integrity, good slip characteristics and easy-clean finishes to handle dust and irrigation runoff. Citadel Stone offers sample deliveries, installation notes and coordination for shipments that suit phased municipal or HOA projects.
San Jose, CA — Low-glare pavers for technology hubs and gardens
San Jose projects often pair modern architecture with low-maintenance landscaping—common uses are office campus plazas, rooftop terraces and private gardens. In San Jose we advise white limestone outdoor tiles with UV-stable pigments, a textured finish to minimise glare and low porosity to reduce staining from urban pollutants. Citadel Stone can provide product comparisons, sample panels and guidance on matching paver tones with contemporary façades and green-roof details.
Austin, TX — Cool, durable pavers for outdoor living and events
Austin’s active outdoor lifestyle creates demand for durable, comfortable paving for patios, event lawns and restaurant patios. Projects in Austin commonly require pavers that reflect heat, clean easily and stand up to frequent use. We recommend white limestone slabs with a moderate texture, low absorption and strong abrasion resistance for long-term performance. Citadel Stone supplies sample boards, care recommendations and delivery options to accommodate both small residential orders and larger hospitality installations.
